Family Medical Clinic: Full-Time Receptionist that is eager to serve patients and visitors by scheduling/managing appointments, answering phone calls, collecting payments, checking patients in and out and scanning/filing/faxing and other clerical duties. Bilingual preferred but not required.

Family Medical Clinic: fulltime Quality Reporting Coordinator to join our team and assist with quality reporting and patient care measures. Healthcare/clinical experience required; Medical Assistant or LVN preferred.

Hospital CNA 7am – 7pm: Provides direct patient care and clinical support to nurses and other healthcare professionals in the Emergency Room (ER) and Medical-Surgical Unit. Assists with activities of daily living, patient monitoring, safety, comfort, and unit operations while maintaining patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Chief Nursing Officer: seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead nursing services across our critical access hospital and rural health clinics in the Texas Panhandle. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the CEO and serving on the executive team, with responsibility for the quality, safety, and culture of nursing care our community depends on.

The CNO provides day-to-day leadership for nursing staff in the emergency department, inpatient unit, and clinics; oversees nursing budgets, staffing, and scheduling; leads quality improvement and regulatory readiness for CMS and Texas HHSC; and partners with medical staff and administration on patient experience and strategic growth. We’re looking for someone who is as comfortable on the floor as in the boardroom and who wants to build a strong, stable nursing team in a small-hospital setting.

Qualifications: current Texas RN license or eligibility for licensure; BSN required, MSN or related master’s preferred; at least five years of progressive nursing leadership experience, with rural or critical access experience strongly preferred. Nurse executive certification (NEA-BC or CENP) is a plus.

Manor CNA: Providing each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan. All duties assigned by the supervisor. Must be able to lift 35lbs or more.

Hospital RN’s 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am: Perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings accurately. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab values, and diagnostic results. Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge care. Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other disciplines to ensure continuity of care. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and intervene promptly. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic documentation. Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff as appropriate.
