LVN/Medical Assistant: Family Medical Clinic is looking for a dependable and compassionate LVN/Medical Assistant to join our team! This position entails providing quality patient care while assisting providers with exams/procedures and helping maintain a friendly, efficient clinic environment

Radiology Tech: Preform and prepare patients radiographic procedures, CT procedures and bone densitometry. Schedule patients for traveling services which include MRI and Ultrasound. Perform any and all duties assigned by the Radiology Director. Qualifications, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, Licensure as required by State. ARRT-R is required. Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations. Current BCLS (AHA). Proficient computer skills.

Manor CNA: Providing each of your assigned residents with routine care and services in accordance with their care plan.

AEMT or Paramedic: Fulltime, providing emergency care and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons in the out of hospital environment.

Manor Weekend RN: by supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services to advocate maintenance of provision of the highest degree of quality care.

Hospital RN 7pm-7am:

• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings accurately. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab values, and diagnostic results. Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and discharge care. Coordinate with physicians, case managers, and other disciplines to ensure continuity of care. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition and intervene promptly. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete electronic documentation. Support infection control, safety, and quality improvement initiatives. Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and support staff as appropriate.
